    • All sales are generally final. Ciella’s Emporium does not accept returns or exchanges once goods have been sold and delivered.
    • We do not accept returns for items that are damaged after purchase, mishandled, or improperly used.
    • However, in line with applicable Ghanaian consumer protection principles, exceptions may be considered at our discretion under limited circumstances, such as:

      • Where the wrong item was delivered;
      • Where the item has a verified manufacturing defect at the time of delivery.
    • Any approved exception must:

      • Be reported within 24 hours of delivery;
      • Be accompanied by proof of purchase;
      • Meet any additional conditions we specify at the time of review.
